Who runs this counter
Well Kind Pharmacy is a single counter run by one individual seller. That person checks every order before it goes out.
It isn’t a chain, a company, a dispensary or a registered firm, and this site doesn’t present itself as any of those.
Some items on the shelf can only be supplied against a valid prescription. Those can’t be bought online here. They have no add to cart button, can’t reach checkout, and are only ever supplied after the prescription has been read. Everything else is everyday, non-prescription stock you can order directly.
Not medical advice
Product descriptions, and anything said by email, phone or message, are general product information. I can tell you what a product is, how it’s taken and whether it interacts with something else you use. I can’t diagnose you, can’t prescribe, and won’t try to.
Get professional advice before starting anything new, especially if you:
- Are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding.
- Have a kidney, liver, heart or metabolic condition, or diabetes.
- Already take prescription medication of any kind.
- Are under 18.
- Have a known allergy or intolerance.
No health claims
Nothing on this site is offered as a cure, and no page promises a result. Non-prescription stock is sold for everyday care exactly as the manufacturer labels it. Anything that needs a prescription is supplied only against that prescription, and what it’s for is a matter between you and the person who wrote it.
A product does what its own packaging and leaflet say, nothing more. Results differ between people, and nothing bought here replaces professional advice.

The printed leaflet inside the pack is the authority, not this website. Read it before you take anything, every time, including the dose, the warnings and the list of things it mustn’t be taken with.
Tell me what else you’re taking before you order. Interactions are worth asking about before you buy, and I’d much rather have that conversation before a parcel goes out than after.

Pack sizes, strengths and details shown here come from the manufacturer’s packaging and published information. I copy them as carefully as I can, but manufacturers change packaging without notice.
If what arrives doesn’t match what this site said, let me know. I’ll fix the page and sort out your order under the returns policy.
