Who you’re buying from
Well Kind Pharmacy is run by one individual seller. This is not a company, corporation, partnership, chain or registered entity. It’s one person, working alone, at one counter.
Stock is held at, and orders are dispatched from, Sarai Mohalla, Sajal Comercial Complex, Bhande Wadi Station Road, Pardi,440035. This is a storage and dispatch address, not a retail counter, so please don’t visit without arranging it first.

What’s sold here
The shelf is split in two. Most of it is everyday, non-prescription stock you can order directly from the site.
The rest can only be supplied against a valid prescription. Those items have no add to cart button and can’t reach checkout. To get one, you send the prescription; it’s read here, and the order is either arranged by hand or declined. Placing an order is never the same as being supplied one.
All products are sold sealed in the manufacturer’s own packaging, exactly as I received them. I don’t repack, decant, relabel or mix anything.
Brand names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners. I’m an independent reseller, and I’m not an authorised distributor of, or connected with, any of these brands.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering, you confirm that the details you’ve given are accurate and that the delivery address is in India or the United States.
It’s your responsibility to check that the product is legal to import and use where you live, and suitable for you given any medical condition, allergy or medication you have.
Product information
Product details and claims on this site are taken from the manufacturer’s own packaging and published information. I copy them as carefully as I can, but the label on the pack you receive is always the final word.
Manufacturers change formulations and packaging without notice. Product photos are for illustration; the pack you receive may look different while the product inside is the same.

Pricing and currency
Prices appear in INR for India and USD for the United States, based on where you’re browsing from, and can be changed from the footer. Each storefront has its own price list; totals aren’t converted at checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but never after you’ve placed an order. If an obvious pricing error appears, I’ll contact you and offer either the correct price or a full refund. I won’t quietly charge you more.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when I confirm it and set it to Processing. I may decline an order for the reasons listed in the Cancellation Policy, including stock turning out to be unavailable.
Stock figures on product pages reflect what’s physically on my shelf, but two people can order the last pack within moments of each other. If that happens, I’ll tell you straight away and refund you in full.
Payment, shipping and returns

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has fully cleared.
Using this site properly
Please don’t:
- Place fraudulent or automated bulk orders.
- Scrape, copy or republish site content, photos or product text without permission.
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Buy for resale without agreeing it with me first.
Liability
My responsibility to you is limited to the value of the order you placed. I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed plans, lost time or lost earnings.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Products are made by third parties. Issues with manufacturing quality, contamination or formulation are the manufacturer’s responsibility, though I’ll always help you raise them and will refund or replace under the returns policy first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you’re a consumer in the United States, this doesn’t remove any mandatory protection you have under your own state’s law.
Before anything formal, please just email me. Nearly everything gets resolved in a single message.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
