About the shop
One person. One shelf. One straight-talking shop.
No warehouse, no dropshipper, no forty-person support desk. Just someone who got fed up not knowing what was really inside the pack, and began stocking only the ones worth buying.
Why this counter exists
For years I've stood behind a counter watching the same two problems repeat. Either people couldn't get a clear answer about what they were taking, or they were buying online from sellers who wouldn't share the batch, the expiry, or even whether the box was in the country.
So this is that counter, brought online. Everyday care you can order straight away, prescription items handed over only against a prescription, and a real person at the other end of the line. I check every seal, batch and expiry myself before anything goes out.
What I won't do
- Sell you anything I haven't physically held.
- Hand over something that needs a prescription without seeing the prescription.
- Diagnose you, prescribe for you, or promise you a result.
- Make up reviews or ratings. This site has none, and that's on purpose.
- Dress a single counter up as a chain or a corporation to look bigger.
How an order really moves
You place an order. Within seconds it's in my inbox, marked Processing. I reply with whatever your chosen payment method needs. Then I take the pack off the shelf, check the seal, batch and expiry, pack it and hand it to the courier, usually that day or the next working day. Your tracking number follows by email.
If anything's wrong when it arrives, a single message sorts it. There's no ticket queue to wade through, because there's only one person to reach.
Plain answers
The things people are too polite to ask, answered before you need to.
Is this a big company?
No. It's one person. Not a company, a corporation, a chain or a registered firm. No team, no call centre, no head office.
Who packs my order?
One person, working alone at a single counter. That same person checks every order before it goes out.
Where is the stock kept?
At my place in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. It's a storage and dispatch address, not a shop you can walk into.
Can I buy anything here without a prescription?
Most of the shelf, yes. Anything that needs a prescription has no add to cart button and can't reach checkout. Send the prescription and I'll read it and arrange the rest by hand.
