Cancelling before dispatch
Every order starts as Processing, which means it’s still with me and hasn’t been handed over. While it’s in that state you can cancel for any reason, at no cost.
Message me with your order number:
- Email: support@wellkindpharmacy.com
- Phone or WhatsApp: +91 93310 89185
I’ll confirm the cancellation in writing. If you’ve already paid, the full amount, product and shipping together, is refunded the same way within 2 to 4 working days.
The cut-off
I pack and hand over most orders within 1 to 2 working days, and morning orders usually go the same day. In practice you have a few hours, so let me know quickly.
Once you’ve received a dispatch email with a tracking number, the parcel is out of my hands and can’t be cancelled. From that point it becomes a return under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Refuse the delivery or send it back sealed, and the product price is refunded.
Changing an order instead
Before dispatch I can also swap a pack size, change a quantity, add an item or correct the delivery address, free of charge. It’s simpler for both of us than cancelling and ordering again.
If the change affects the total, I’ll tell you the difference before I do anything. Nothing is charged or refunded without your agreement first.
When I cancel an order
It’s rare, but it happens. I may cancel an order if:
- The stock turns out to be damaged, close to expiry or already sold.
- The delivery address is outside India or the USA, or is a PO box or freight forwarder.
- Payment by a prepaid method isn’t completed within 5 working days, even after a reminder.
- The order appears fraudulent, or the contact details can’t be reached at all.
- A price was shown incorrectly because of an obvious error on my part. I’ll always offer you the choice of paying the correct price or a full refund, never a silent cancellation.
Whatever the reason, I’ll email you to explain and refund anything you’ve already paid, in full.
Cash on delivery orders
Nothing is paid upfront on a COD order, so cancelling before dispatch costs nothing at all. Just let me know.
If you refuse a COD delivery without telling me first, I still pay the courier both ways. If it happens more than once, I may ask for prepayment on future orders. A quick “sorry, I changed my mind” message avoids all of that.
