Who is responsible for your data

What I collect

Only what an order requires:

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Delivery address: street, city, state and PIN or ZIP code.
• Order details: what you bought, the quantity, the total, your chosen payment method and any note you added.
• Payment reference: a UPI reference, UTR or transaction ID if you send one, so I can match your payment to your order.
• Country: worked out from your connection to decide whether to show rupees or dollars.

Where a payment provider is involved, that transaction is handled entirely by the provider under its own privacy policy.

Why I need it and the legal basis

• To fulfil the contract: packing, shipping and supporting your order requires your address and contact details.
• Legitimate interest: keeping a basic record of orders so I can deal with a return, a duplicate payment or a dispute later.
• Consent: anything optional, such as a note you choose to add, or getting in touch about a product you asked about.

Marketing email is strictly opt-in. There are two ways to ask for it: signing up for the discount code, which that form is clearly for, or ticking the box at checkout, which starts empty and stays empty unless you tick it. Placing an order doesn’t sign you up.

Every marketing email includes a way out, and one message to support@wellkindpharmacy.com removes you for good. Order updates are separate: they relate to something you bought and are sent whether or not you want offers.

Who I share it with

• Couriers: your name, address and phone number go on the label. Without them a parcel can’t be delivered.
• Web3Forms: the service that sends your order details to my inbox as an email.
• Vercel: hosts this website and handles requests to it.
• Payment providers: if you use a payment link, the provider handles that transaction under its own privacy policy.
• Google: the Google Ads tag records page views and, when an order is placed, its value and order number, so I can see which adverts pay for themselves. Google also receives what any website visit sends, such as your IP address and browser. It never receives your name, address or phone number.

That’s the complete list. I don’t share your data with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else, and I never sell it.

Cookies and analytics

Two pieces of browser storage are essential to how the site works:

• Region setting: remembers whether to show you rupees or dollars. It stores only the letters IN or US.
• Cart storage: keeps your basket in your own browser between visits. It never leaves your device until you place an order.

Google Ads also sets its own cookies, which is how an order is linked back to the advert that led to it. That’s the only advertising cookie here. There’s no Facebook pixel, nothing is shared with data brokers, and clearing your browser data removes all of it.

How long I keep it

• Order records: kept for 3 years, so returns, payment queries and disputes can be checked.
• Support emails: kept for 2 years.
• Region setting: expires after 12 months.
• Cart storage: stays until you clear it or empty your cart.
• Google Ads cookies: kept according to Google’s own schedule, which you can review in its privacy policy.

Your rights

Email me and I’ll act on any of these within 30 days:

• A copy of everything I hold about you.
• Correction of anything that’s wrong.
• Deletion of your details, once no order is still open and no return window is running.
• An objection to any particular use of your data.

Security and children

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Order details reach me as email and aren’t stored in any public database. It’s a small operation, and I deliberately keep the amount of data I hold small. That’s the strongest protection I can offer.

This shop isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and I don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has sent me their details, email me and I’ll delete them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too. Significant changes will also be mentioned on the home page. The current version is always at this address.
